    2020 Hyundai Venue price and specs

    The Venue is the cheapest way into a new Hyundai. Pricing kicks off at $19,990 before on-road costs.

    The 2020 Hyundai Venue is available in three trim levels, with prices ranging from $19,990 before on-road costs for the base VenueGo with a manual to $25,490 before on-road costs for the flagship Venue Elite automatic.

    Introduced late last year, the Venue is an all-new model for the brand and, along with the i30 hatchback, serves as Hyundai’s entry-level model now the Accent is gone.

    Engines

    The 2020 Hyundai Venue is available only with front-wheel drive and with a single engine, a naturally-aspirated 1.6-litre four-cylinder with 90kW and 151Nm.

    Each variant offers a choice between a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission except for the flagship Venue Elite, which is offered only with the automatic.

    Fuel Economy

    The 2020 Hyundai Venue consumes 7.0L/100km on the combined cycle when equipped with a manual transmission, and 7.2L/100km when equipped with the automatic.

    Dimensions

    The 2020 Hyundai Venue measures 4040mm long, 1592mm tall and 1770mm wide.

    The Hyundai Venue has 355L of volume in its cargo area.

    Safety

    The 2020 Hyundai Venue has a four-star ANCAP rating.

    All models received an adult occupant protection score of 91 per cent, child occupant protection score of 81 per cent, vulnerable road user protection score of 62 per cent and a safety assist score of 62 per cent.

    All 2020 Hyundai Venue models feature autonomous emergency braking (AEB) with forward-collision warning as well as lane-keeping assist, and front, front-side and curtain airbags.

    The Venue Elite adds blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert.
