The even hotter version of the hot Toyota GR Yaris will initially wear a price tag of $56,200 drive-away.
Deliveries of the GR Yaris Rallye begin in March 2021.
The first 200 examples will be offered at that drive-away price, with subsequent examples priced at $54,500 before on-road costs.
Toyota has confirmed the Rallye will continue after the initial allocation of 200 vehicles but hasn’t specified how many more will make their way to Australia.
The standard GR Yaris is priced at $49,500 before on-roads, though Toyota offered an initial allocation of 1000 vehicles priced at $39,950 drive-away.
CarExpert understands Toyota will likely offer the GR Yaris Rallye with a track warranty, though these details have yet to be confirmed.
Hyundai offers a track warranty with its i30 N, covering owners who take their vehicles to the track for use in non-competition events.
Power for the GR Yaris Rallye comes from the same turbocharged 1.6-litre three-cylinder engine as the standard model, producing 200kW of power and 370Nm of torque.

Toyota had previously spoken of an initial allocation of 250 Rallye models. Though it’ll wear the Rallye name here, this variant is the GR Yaris with the European-market Performance Pack added.
