The GWM Tank 300 is essentially unchanged for 2024, apart from some minor price adjustments.

Pricing of petrol Tank 300 models has been increased by $1000 according to GWM’s website, with the range now opening at $47,990 drive-away.

No other changes appear visible on GWM’s website.

As part of its end of financial year deals, however, GWM is offering $2000 off the price of hybrid models. This promotion ends on June 30.

This sees the range top out at $58,990 drive-away for the Ultra Hybrid, instead of $60,990 drive-away as usual.

GWM has sold 1811 examples of the Tank 300 to the end of May.

It has little in the way of direct competition – it doesn’t have a third row of seats like the Mahindra Scorpio and offers a lot more safety equipment, while it’s smaller than the likes of the Ford Everest and more affordable than the Jeep Wrangler.

Sales have been strong, and it’s currently outselling other larger SUVs like the Hyundai Palisade, LDV D90, and Toyota Fortuner.
