Porsche 911 recalled due to airbag fault

Over 250 examples of the Porsche 911 are being recalled as the side airbags may deploy unnecessarily in the event of a crash.

Porsche Australia is recalling 258 examples of the 911 sports car as the side airbags in the seats may unnecessarily deploy in the event of an accident.

“Unnecessary deployment of the seat side airbag may increase the risk of injury to vehicle occupants.”
