Deepal is a brand specialising in electric and range-extender vehicles. It's part of automotive giant Changan, one of the Chinese "Big Four" carmakers but one that has never had a presence in Australia. The Deepal name was first announced in 2022, and the company has quickly announced plans to tackle global markets like Australia.
