Kia Carnival recalled, including hybrid
The facelifted MY24 Kia Carnival range has been recalled over a wiring fault that could cause a loss of power steering assistance.

Last updated Dec 18, 2024The 2025 Kia Carnival is classified as a 4 Door Wagon which was previously on sale in Australia as part of the KA4 PE MY25 generation, starting from $50,150 MLRP for the S and topping out at $76,210 for the GT-LINE HEV.
There are 13 variants available for our market and the current year model went on sale in January of 2025. The Carnival is built in Korea and is available with Gasoline Direct & Multi Point Fuel Injection , equipped with an 8 Speed Automatic transmission with the drive sent to front-wheel-drive.
Other powertrain options include:
- Turbo Common Rail Diesel Injection, equipped with a 8 Speed Automatic transmission with the drive sent to front-wheel-drive
- Gasoline Direct & Multi Point Fuel Injection, equipped with a 8 Speed Automatic transmission with the drive sent to front-wheel-drive
- Turbo Gasoline Direct Injection, equipped with a 6 Speed Automatic transmission with the drive sent to front-wheel-drive
The Carnival is offered with a 7 year, unlimited kilometre warranty.
