The popular Hyundai Tucson is getting connected for 2023, with Hyundai’s Bluelink net-based suite of services now standard across most of the range – with prices increasing by $500 for these models.

Following the larger Palisade and smaller Venue SUVs, the mid-sized Tucson range picks up services like Automatic Collision Notification, SOS Emergency Call and Natural Voice Control standard on Elite and Highlander variants.

Hyundai Bluelink is free of charge with purchase for the first five years, and is transferrable to subsequent owners within said five-year period.

New features as part of this upgrade include various net-based functions and services, including connected navigation, net-based voice recognition, a Destination Send-to-Car function, as well as Remote Vehicle Check and Find My Car features accessible via the Hyundai Bluelink smartphone app.

You can get the full rundown of the Bluelink technology suite here.

Beyond the addition of connected car tech and smartphone app connectivity, all other features and specifications for the Hyundai Tucson line-up are unchanged from the 2022 model year.

All Tucson Elite and and Highlander variants see a $500 price increase with the addition of Bluelink.
