BMW Australia has confirmed pricing and specifications for then next-generation X2 crossover coupe ahead of a local launch during the first quarter of 2024.
Two petrol variants of the 2024 BMW X2 will be available Down Under at launch: the entry-level xDrive20i and the M35i xDrive performance flagship. Pricing starts from $75,900 plus on-road costs for the former, and $92,900 for the latter.
The xDrive20i is a variant not mentioned in the European press release, and mirrors the drivetrain specification of the related X1 xDrive20i; while the Australian-market M35i xDrive gets a beefier 233kW power tune up from the 221kW offered by the European model.
BMW’s local division has confirmed the iX2 will be offered in dual-motor xDrive30 guise at launch, though pricing won’t be announced until later this month.
