The Cupra Born has continued unchanged since arriving in Australia last year, with the Volkswagen Group’s only electric hatchback (in our market at least) remaining at the same price for 2024.

It has become the Spanish brand’s second-best selling model, though the Formentor crossover outsells it by more than 2-to-1.

Priced from $59,990 before on-road costs, the Born is currently available in just one grade locally, however Cupra has confirmed the hot VZ variant – with 240kW and 545Nm – is due next year. Pricing has yet to be announced.
