The Polestar 2 has received various pricing and specification adjustments for model year 2025.

All four variants of the Polestar 2 are at least $5000 less expensive than their model year 2024 counterparts, although they’re still considerably dearer than the discounted examples sold in Australia since May.

On top of changes to the pricing structure which position all variants under the Luxury Car Tax (LCT) threshold, Polestar has revised the options list and made some minor design updates to the Tesla Model 3 rival.

The previously optional Pilot Pack is now included as standard across the range, and two new packs have been added to the options list.

Two new exterior paint colours join the palette for 2025, with Vapour and Storm replacing Magnesium and Thunder.

Adaptive cruise control is now standard across the entire Polestar 2 range, while Long range Dual motor variants also gain tinted rear windows and a 600-watt, 13-speaker Harman Kardon sound system.

The choice of electric powertrains carries over into 2025 unchanged.

    Pricing

The Polestar 2 is now at least $5000 less expensive across the range compared to its standard 2024 price, however it’s still $5000 to $10,000 more than the discounted examples which have been sold between May and the start of September.
