Skoda Australia has revised its local Karoq lineup, introducing new nameplates and equipment while giving the mid-sized SUV a price increase.
The Skoda Karoq lineup recently consisted of an entry-level namesake variant, the mid-range Style, and flagship Sportline, though the trio have now been renamed as the Select, Sportline 4×2 and Sportline 4×4, respectively.
Priced from $40,900 drive-away in Select guise, the new base Karoq is $1000 more than the variant it replaces, though it’s been enhanced with additional features including advanced driver fatigue detection and metallic paint for no additional cost.
Stepping up to the Sportline 4×2 will set buyers back $46,990 drive-away (a $1500 increase over the Style), but Skoda claims it’s now fitted with $6500 worth of extras over its predecessor.
The flagship Karoq Sportline 4×4 has experienced the largest increase, now starting from $57,990 drive-away, up $5500 though it’s claimed to have an extra $7200 in value compared to the model it replaces. A raft of features previously optional are now standard.
Skoda Australia is offering the Karoq as a part of its guaranteed future value (GFV) program, with weekly payments starting from $99 (Select), $113 (Sportline 4×2) and $140 (Sportline 4×4) – based on a finance rate of 6.99 per cent per annum with a 20 per cent deposit, across a 60-month term and maximum of 15,000km.
The 2025 Skoda Karoq is available now.
