With the football finals over, it’s once again time for the Bathurst 1000, as the Supercars Championship descends on Mount Panorama in New South Wales.

    The 64th edition of the Bathurst 1000 – formerly the Bathurst 500 – will take place on October 13, with the 26-car entry list starting the 161 lap endurance race at 11:30am AEDT on Sunday.

    Before the Great Race there will be three days of practice, qualifying and various support races from October 10 to 12.

    Australian coverage of the Bathurst 1000 will be available to watch through the Seven Network (plus its streaming service 7plus) as well as Fox Sports and Kayo, with the latter pair featuring no ad breaks through every practice, qualifying and race session.
