The first CarExpert Experience Centre is officially open.
Located at Westfield Warringah Mall in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the first Experience Centre features 19 cars from 12 manufacturers in a big space with no salespeople and no brand affiliation.
Along with an 900+ square-metre retail space, the Experience Centre includes a section of the Westfield valet car park for free test drives.
Once our experts help potential new-car buyers find the right vehicle, they can be referred back to the manufacturer or local dealer to finalise the purchasing process.
“We know car buyers and enthusiasts want something like this. People rely on the independence and enthusiasm of our expert online reviewers to help find the right car for them,” said Andrew Dalton, CarExpert CEO.
“Making that trusted advice available in a real-world setting, where people can actually sit in, and test drive cars from different manufacturers, with one of our brand-agnostic experts by their side, is a natural extension of our business.”
Just short of 2000 people visited the Experience Centre on its first weekend, with plenty of test drives to boot.
The CarExpert editorial team will be working the floor throughout the trial.
