Lexus appears to tease future petrol, hybrid models including RX
Lexus has teased not only a large array of electric vehicle concepts, but also a range of upcoming petrol/hybrid models.

Last updated Dec 18, 2024The 2021 Lexus RX is classified as a 4 Door Wagon which was previously on sale in Australia as part of the AGL20R generation, starting from $56,000 MLRP for the LUXURY + ENHANCEMENT PACK and topping out at $89,400 for the SPORT LUXURY HYBRID (AWD).
There are 20 variants available for our market and the current year model went on sale in January of 2021. The RX is built in Japan and is available with Turbo Multi Point Fuel Injection , equipped with a 6 Speed Automatic transmission with the drive sent to front-wheel-drive.
Other powertrain options include:
- Turbo Multi Point Fuel Injection, equipped with a 6 Speed Automatic transmission with the drive sent to front-wheel-drive
- Multi Point Fuel Injection, equipped with a 8 Speed Automatic transmission with the drive sent to all-wheel-drive
