LDV

LDV is a sub-brand of the SAIC Motor group, based in Shanghai. Like Great Wall before it, LDV chose Australia as a test market ahead of its planned global expansion. 

The 2.0-litre diesel-powered LDV T60 dual-cab 4x4 ute looks the part, comes with very shrp pricing and offers all the mod-cons including a large touchscreen, but it lacks cabin material quality and the latest active safety technology, although all versions except the battery-electric eT60 still have a five-star ANCAP crash rating. 

LDV Australia also sells the D90 large off-road SUV (based on the T60), the Mifa and electric Mifa 9 people-movers, the G10 and newer V80 mid-size diesel vans, the eDeliver 7 mid-size electric van, the Deliver 9 large van and bus, and the eDeliver 9 large electric van.
